Sustain Advisors is led by Shedd Glassmeyer, who has a decade of impact investing experience working at DWM Asset Management, an emerging markets credit and private equity fund manager. At DWM, he developed ESG policy and oversaw its integration into the investment process. Shedd led the firm’s environmental & social impact assessment, monitoring, and reporting. His responsibilities at DWM spanned fund development, portfolio management, and investor relations.

Prior to DWM, Shedd analyzed acquisitions and sales for Heyman Properties, a commercial real estate investment firm. Previously, as a member of BofA Securities’ corporate finance team, he performed due diligence and valued private companies seeking IPOs. Earlier in his career, Shedd worked in business development roles for venture-backed companies, building and managing institutional relationships with technology and financial services companies. He earned a BA from Colorado College and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
